摘要
针对高强度钢钻削加工难的问题,运用仿真软件DEFORM-3D对普通麻花钻的钻削机理进行分析,通过正交试验法改变麻花钻的几何参数,得到了轴向力和扭矩的仿真结果,并对正交试验所得结果进行多元线性回归分析。详细阐述了麻花钻的几何参数对加工难加工材料高强度钢时的钻削性能的影响。
In order to solve the difficult problem of high-strength steel drilling, it uses the large-scale finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D to analyze and study the drilling process of ordinary twist drill. By changing the geometric parameters of the twist drill through orthogonal experiment, axial force and torque simulation results, and multivariate linear regression analysis of the results obtained from the orthogonal test. The influence of geometric parameters of twist drills on the drilling performance of high-strength steel in difficult-to-machine materials is described in detail.
