肺炎支原体感染与儿童哮喘相关研究

Study on the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and childhood asthma

目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染与儿童支气管哮喘之间的关系。方法选取2015年10月~2017年10月收治的130例支气管哮喘发作期患儿,检测其血清中肺炎支原体抗体(MP-Ig M),比较各年龄阶段感染的阳性率,并分析儿童哮喘发作的主要临床表现。结果 130例哮喘发作期患儿中,MP-Ig M阳性52例,阳性率40%;不同年龄阶段MP-Ig M阳性率比较,学龄前期哮喘患儿MP感染阳性率最高(49.3%),高于婴幼儿组和学龄组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.11,P<0.05);MP感染患儿哮喘发作时发热天数、咳嗽时间、喘息时间与非MP感染组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体(MP)感染是儿童哮喘发作的重要诱发因素,MP感染诱发儿童哮喘与年龄阶段有关,MP感染诱发哮喘患儿的发热天数、咳嗽时间、喘息时间更长。

Objective To investigate the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae（ MP） infection and bronchial asthma in children. Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,130 cases of children with bronchial asthma during the attack stage were selected. The serum Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody（ MP-Ig M） was detected. The positive rate of infection at each age stage was compared,and the main clinical manifestations of childhood asthma attack were analyzed. Results 52 of 130 asthmatic children were positive for MP-Ig M,the positive rate was 40%; the positive rate of MP-Ig M between different ages preschool asthma in children with positive rate of MP infection was highest（ 49. 3%）,higher than infant group and school age group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 6. 11,P〈0. 05）; There was a significant difference in fever days,cough time and wheezing time between asthmatic children with MP infection and non MP infection group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is an important inducement of asthma in children. MP infection is associated with age of asthma in children,and MP infection can lead to fever days,cough time and wheezing time in children with asthma.
