骨水泥渗漏对兔脊髓热损伤相关研究 被引量:2

Study on the degree of heat injury of rabbit spinal cord by bone cement

摘要 目的观察骨水泥(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯PMMA)的热效应对兔脊髓的损伤情况。方法选取24只周龄及体重相近的雄性成年新西兰大白兔,将其随机分为2组,实验组A组,对照组B组,每组12只。实验动物处理:将所有兔行L1-L2全椎板切除后,A组脊髓表面涂抹糊状PMMA骨水泥;B组注射等量的生理盐水,每组分别在200s,500s,1000s时处死4只兔子,并取出作用节段脊髓做HE染色,实验全程均在体感诱发电位监测仪下进行,并记录电位的数值。结果 A组出现脊髓损伤,B组未出现明显的脊髓损伤。结论一定量的骨水泥产生的聚合反应所释放的热量能够对兔脊髓造成一定损伤。 Objective To observe the effect of bone cement( PMMA) on spinal cord injury in rabbits. Methods A total of 24 male New Zealand white rabbits with similar age and weight were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group A and the control group B,with 12 rats in each group. Experimental animal treatment: all rabbits were treated with L1-L2 total vertebral plate resection,paste PMMA bone cement was applied on the surface of the spinal cord in group A; Group B was injected with the same amount of physiological saline. Four rabbits were sacrificed at200 s,500 s and 1000 s,respectively,and the spinal cord of the affected segment was taken out for he staining. The whole experiment was monitored by somatosensory evoked potentials( somatosensory evoked potentials) and the potential values were recorded. Results The spinal cord was damaged in group A and no obvious spinal cord injury was found in group B. Conclusion The heat released by the polymerization reaction of bone cement can cause some damage to the spinal cord of rabbits.
