基于数字散斑方法的深冲VCM钢板应变检测研究 被引量:1

Strain measurement of deep drawing steel plate VCM based on DIC method

摘要 采用数字散斑相关方法对VCM钢板的拉伸力学性能进行了研究,获取了试样拉伸过程中三维变形的几何数据,推导了深冲VCM钢板及其基板材料各力学参数的计算关系,引入偏离系数用来评价钢板组合之间的关系,选取深冲VCM钢板、深冲基板和VCM薄膜板料作为研究对象,对实验获得的几何数据进行了处理和相应的计算,并获取了相应板料的抗拉强度、弹性模量、上屈服强度、最大力下总伸长率和断后伸长率,得出3种材料的相关力学参数。通过XJTUDIC系统进行分析,获得了x、y方向的位移、应变和最大主应变,得出了增加VCM薄膜后,金属复层板的应变能力有所提高,其力学性能介于钢板基板和VCM薄膜之间。 The tensile mechanics of steel plate VCM were studied by DIC method,and the geometric data of three dimensional deformation in the process of stretching were obtained. Then,the calculation relationship between the mechanical parameters of deep drawing steel plate VCM and its substrate material was derived,and the relationship between the steel plate combinations was evaluated by introducing deviation coefficient. For the deep drawing base plate and thin film plate VCM,the geometric data obtained by experiment were processed and calculated accordingly,and the tensile strength,elastic modulus,yield strength and the total elongation and break elongation under the maximum load of the corresponding sheet were obtained. Therefore,three relevant mechanical parameters of steel sheet were obtained.Furthermore,the displacement,strain and maximum principal strain in x and y directions were obtained by the analysis of XJTUDIC system. Thus,the strain capacity of the metal composite laminates is improved after adding the film VCM,and its mechanical properties are improved and its mechanical properties is between the substrate and the film VCM.
