摘要
站场区域阴极保护电流流失严重,电位分布不均,存在干扰和屏蔽等问题。针对某大型已建油库区域阴极保护设计,从电流密度的确定、阳极地床的选择和关键设备的选用几方面着重阐述了馈电试验在大型已建油库确定电流密度中的运用;在库区存在火车栈桥和庞大接地极的情况下,采用合理的分布式浅埋阳极地床能解决干扰和屏蔽问题;恒电位仪的同步通断和智能电位采集系统的运用能极大地方便区域阴极保护系统的管理及维护。
The cathodic protection current in station area drained seriously,the potential distribution was uneven,and there were problems such as interference and shielding.Aiming at the cathodic protection design of a large-scale built oil depot,the application of feeding test in determining the current density of large-scale oil depots was emphasized from the aspects of current density determination,anode bed selection and selection of key equipment.The use of a reasonably distributed shallow buried anode bed can solve the interference and shielding problems.The synchronous on-off of the potentiostat and the application of intelligent potential acquisition system can greatly facilitate the management and maintenance of the regional cathodic protection system.
