“一带一路”倡议下高职院校创新创业教育国际化的困境与策略——基于浙江金融职业学院的分析

Dilemmas and Strategies of Internationalization of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under “ Belt and Road” Initiative——Based on Analysis of Zhejiang Financial Vocational College

"一带一路"倡议的实施给高职院校创新创业教育带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。以浙江金融职业学院为研究对象,分析"一带一路"倡议下对创新创业教育国际化的新要求,发现财经类高职院校创新创业教育国际化面临课程体系不完善、师资力量不足、国际交流与合作深度不够等困境。学校推进创新创业教育国际化发展的策略是优化专业结构和课程体系、提升师资力量国际化水平、拓宽国际合作和交流渠道。

The implementation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. Taking Zhejiang Financial College as the research object, the paper analyzes the new requirements for internationalization of innovation and entrepreneurship education under the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative. It is found that there are predicament in the internationalization of innovation and entrepreneurship education in finance and economics vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the specialty structure and course system, and raise the level of internationalization of the faculty, and expand channels for international cooperation and exchanges.
