银杏叶提取物抑制Bcl-2表达后对糖尿病心肌病的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)大鼠糖尿病心肌病(DCM)后的作用,阐明银杏叶提取物对STZ大鼠糖尿病心肌病后Bcl-2表达的影响。方法 40只雄性Wistar大鼠分对照组(10只)、模型组(10只)、阳性药组(10只)和治疗组(10只)。观察GBE干预STZ大鼠心肌损伤后,大鼠体质量、血糖、形态学及Bcl-2蛋白表达。结果对照组体重高于模型组(P<0.05)。暴露于GBE后,模型组大鼠体重增高(P<0.05);模型组Bcl-2的蛋白表达水平较正常组降低(P<0.05),而治疗组较模型组升高(P<0.05)。结论 GBE可能增强STZ诱导的大鼠糖尿病心肌病中Bcl-2的表达,进而调控心肌的损害。 Objective To investigate the effect of effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on inhibition Bcl-2 expression in diabetic cardiomyopathy.To clarify the effect of GBE on STZ-induced DCM.Methods Forty male wister rats were randomly divided into four groups.Control group(ten),Model group(ten),positive group(ten)and treatment group(ten).The change on index of Rats on weight,blood sugar levels,HE staining and Bcl-2 protein were observed by injection GBE.Results Body weight in GBE treatment group were lower than in normal group(P〈0.05).Body weight in treatment group were higher than in model group(P〈0.05).Blood sugar levels and Bcl-2 protein levels in model group were lower than in normal group,and treatment group was higher than model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion GBE may increase the expression of Bcl-2 in STZ-induced myocardial injury.
