摘要
以介孔CeO_2-Al_2O_3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了系列介孔Co_3O_4/CeO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂,该系列催化剂对甲醛的低温催化氧化反应有显著的催化效果。考察了催化剂中Co_3O_4的质量分数对催化剂的催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,当Co_3O_4的质量分数为8%时,催化剂在60℃使甲醛完全氧化为CO_2和H_2O。同时,对样品进行了程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)表征,发现介孔8%Co_3O_4/CeO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂具有较强的还原能力。
A series of mesoporous Co_3O_4/CeO_2-Al_2O_3 catalysts with different loading amounts of Co_3O_4 were prepared by wet impregnation method and tested for catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde(HCHO). Effect of Co_3O_4 loading amount on the catalytic performance was investigated. The results showed that, when loading amount of Co_3O_4 was 8%, formaldehyde was completely oxidized to CO_2 and H_2 O at 60 ℃over the catalyst. And the samples were characterized by H_2-TPR. It's found that the mesoporous 8%Co_3O_4/CeO_2-Al_2O_3 catalyst has strong reducibility.
