乙丙橡胶门尼粘度数据比对结果评价

摘要 基于数据比对是实验室质量保证的必要途径,针对合成橡胶行业的特点,以及质量控制要素和原则,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心组织了乙丙橡胶门尼黏度数据比对,49家合成橡胶行业不同领域的实验室参加了比对。采用稳健统计技术对此次数据比对结果进行了处理和分析评价,在ML(1+4)100℃、ML(1+8)100℃、条件下,其稳健统计的Z值绝对值的平均值分别为1.0、1.1,均小于2,满意结果均大于90%。随着合成橡胶行业门尼黏度标准物质的推广应用,橡胶门尼黏度的测试水平逐步提高,因此,橡胶行业门尼黏度比对较以往其检测水平有大幅度的提升。 Because data comparison is the necessary way to guarantee laboratory quality, according to the characteristics of synthetic rubber industry, elements and principles of quality control, national quality supervision and inspection center of synthetic rubber organized ethylene propylene rubber Mooney viscosity data comparison, 49 domestic laboratories participated in the comparison work. The results of comparison were treated and evaluated with robust statistical techniques, the average values of Z absolute values were less than 2, respectively were 1.0 at ML(1+4)100 ℃, 1.1 at ML(1+8)100 ℃, the satisfactory values were above 90%, which reflected all laboratories had higher detection level. With the popularization and application of the standard material in the synthetic rubber industry, the testing level of the Mooney viscosity was gradually improved, therefore, the Mooney viscosity detection level in rubber industry was greatly improved compared with previous level.
