摘要 以丙二腈为起始原料,乙酰氯替代传统工艺氯化氢气体,提出合成2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶的新路线,以解决工业合成第一步反应过程不稳定影响产品收率问题。探索了反应物配比、温度、时间对产品质量及收率的影响。结果表明,采用乙酰氯路线成功制备了2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶,节省了无水氯化氢制备繁琐合成设备,收率高于工业生产水平,且工艺稳定,产品纯度在99%以上,适合工业化生产。 Taking malononitrile as starting material, using acetyl chloride to replace hydrogen chloride gas in the traditional process, a new synthesis route of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine was put forward, in order to solve the instable problem in first step reaction of traditional synthetic process. The influence of reactant ratio, temperature and time on product quality and yield was explored. The results showed that 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine wassuccessfully prepared by using acetyl chloride route, its yield was higher than that of industrial production process, and the process stability was good, the product purity was over 99%.So the new synthesis route is suitable for industrial production.
