摘要
四氧化二氮废气处理问题由来已久,一直是困扰科研工作者的难题。通过对比不同泡沫剂的起泡速率、泡沫稳定性和工作温度这三项重要性能指标,对用于四氧化二氮废气吸收的6种泡沫剂进行了筛选,发现FP-6%型氟蛋白泡沫剂不仅起泡速率快,而且泡沫细腻、稳定性好,在常温下与尿素组合使用即可发挥良好吸收效能,是6种泡沫剂中综合性能最好的泡沫剂,可用于四氧化二氮废气吸收。
The problem of treatment of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas has become a difficult problem for researchers. By comparing foaming rate, foam stability and working temperature of different foaming agents, six kinds of foaming agents for absorption of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas were screened, it was found that the foaming rate of FP-6% protein foam agent was the highest, and the foam was exquisite and had good stability. A good absorption efficiency was achieved when it was combined with urea at room temperature. The FP-6% protein foam agent had the best comprehensive performance in the six kinds of foaming agents, so it can be well used in the absorption of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas.
