摘要 针对当前喷射混凝土在性能方面的要求,结合混凝土耐久性和抗渗透性的相关试验方法,以ZY膨胀剂、减缩剂、粉煤灰等作为外加剂,采用正交实验法就不同外加剂对喷射混凝土的性能进行试验,最终结果表明粉煤灰、膨胀剂、减缩剂、引气剂分别为15%、6%、1.5%和0.01%的情况下,在耐久性和抗渗透性方面的表现最佳。 In view of the performance requirements of shotcrete, combined with the test methods of concrete durability and permeability resistance, taking ZY expander, shrinkage agent and fly ash admixtures, the effect of different admixtures dosage on the performance of shotcrete was tested by orthogonal experimental method. The final result showed that when fly ash, expansive agent, shrinkage reducing agent and air entraining agent were 15%, 6%, 1.5% and 0.01% respectively, and the durability and permeability of shotcrete were the best.
