摘要
马来酰亚胺类化合物是有机合成中的一种非常重要的中间体,在药物、材料等领域都有广泛的应用。以DABCO为碱,研究了马来酰亚胺和1,3-二羰基化合物的Michael加成反应,合成了5个Michael加成产物,产率83%~93%,并且通过NMR和MS等表征方法确认了产物结构。
Maleimide compounds are important synthetic intermediates, and have been widely applied in medicine, materials and other fields. In this paper, Michael addition reaction between maleimide and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds was studied by using DABCO as base. Five Michael addition products were synthesized with 83%~93% yields, and their structures were confirmed by NMR and MS.
