我国含油污泥处理工艺的研究进展

Research Progress of Oily Sludge Treatment Process in China

含油污泥是石油开采、加工中常见的危险废物,目前大多数企业的处理方法仍以焚烧、填埋为主。随着法律的日益完善,研究一条切实可行的含油污泥处理途径迫在眉睫。对含油污泥的产生、特点及其危害等方面进行了阐述,总结了近年来在石化企业中得到利用的几种有效手段,并针对现有方法存在的不足进行了展望。

Oily sludge is common hazardous waste in oil recovery and processing. At present, its main treatment methods in most enterprises are incineration and landfill. With the improvement of the environmental protection law, it is imperative to study a practical approach to treat oily sludge. In this paper, the production, characteristics and hazards of oily sludge were introduced, and several effective treatment methods used in petrochemical enterprises in recent years were summarized, and the shortcomings of existing methods were discussed.
