摘要 在油气钻井领域,通用科学技术进步对钻井技术促进作用日益明显。许多先进功能材料被运用于油气勘探开发,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。基于钻井技术对功能材料的技术需求,分析研究了聚脲自愈合材料、超硬材料、超厚类金刚石碳基薄膜等新材料的性能和应用环境等,提出了在油气钻井领域中的潜在应用方向,需进一步结合油气钻井领域的技术环境进行应用开发。 In the field of oil and gas industry, the technological advancement of related disciplines has played an increasingly significant role in promoting drilling technology. Many advanced functional materials have been used in oil and gas exploration and production, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. Based on the technical requirements of drilling engineering for functional materials, the properties and application environment of new materials, such as polyurea self-healing materials, super-hard materials and super-thick diamond-like carbon-based membrane and so on, were analyzed. Their potential application directions in drilling engineering were discussed.
