摘要
介绍了当前国内MTBE的生产工艺原理、生产特点和基本的工艺流程,说明了副反应的产生和规避方法,着重阐述了MTBE合成生产技术和应用的最新进展,对各种工艺进行了详细的分析,总结比较不同合成工艺的各自优势,分析了MTBE的发展前景和制约因素,并针对目前MTBE的使用情况以及我国现状和相应可能的安全隐患进行分析,提出了相应措施。
The principle of current domestic MTBE production process was introduced as well as the production characteristics and basic process flow. And causes and avoidance methods of side reactions were explained, the latest progress in the research and application of MTBE production technology was discussed, and different processes were analyzed in detail, their respective advantages were summarized. The development prospect and restriction factors of MTBE were also analyzed. At last, based on the current use condition of MTBE, possible potential safety problems were discussed, and some corresponding measures were put forward.
