液化气装卸工艺技术的实际应用及设计操作问题探讨

摘要 在国内各大炼油化工企业装置提出原料轻质化的要求后,各炼化企业也在根据自身的资源特点,充分发挥炼化一体化优势,不断外购液化气来解决原料轻质化不足的问题,这就出现了原有液化气装卸设备能力不足、设备老旧等问题。因此,各地均在新建液化气装卸设施以满足液化气年周转量不断提高的装卸要求。文章介绍了液化气装卸技术的实际应用和发展,以及设计操作需要注意的问题。阐述了合理的工艺流程及生产中的安全操作会对项目的顺利实施起到保障作用。 After most domestic oil refining and chemical enterprises put forward the requirement of raw material lightweighting, many enterprises are making full use of their advantages in refining and chemical integration based on their own resource characteristics, and constantly purchasing liquefied gas to solve the problem of insufficient light material, which cause some problems emerge, such as lacking of original liquefied gas handling equipment capacity, and aging of facilities. Therefore, new LPG loading and unloading facilities are being built to meet the increasing annual turnover of LPG. In this paper, practical application and development of liquefied gas handling technology were introduced as well as some problems that should be considered in design and operation of liquefied gas handling technology. It's pointed out that reasonable process flow and safe operation in production will ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
