碳含量对GH3030合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 本文采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和材料试验机等材料表征手段,通过设计5组不同c含量(0.016%-0.140%)合金,研究了碳含量对GH3030合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着C含量增加,碳化物析出数量增多,晶粒尺寸减小;当C含量在0.016%-0.071g时,随着c含量增加,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均升高,伸长率和断面收缩率均降低;当碳含量在0.071%-0.140%时,随着C含量的增加,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度升高趋势减缓,伸长率和断面收缩率降低趋势也减小。影响GH3030合金常温力学性能的主要因素为晶粒尺寸及碳化物数量。合金在常温主要强化机制为细晶强化和第二相强化。通过控制C含量范围可满足不同用途对GH3030合金性能的要求。 The effects of carbon content on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH3030 alloy were studied by OM, SEM and mechanical performance test. Five alloys with different carbon content ranging from 0.016wt.% to 0.140wt.% were designed. The results show that with the increase of carbon content, the number of carbides enhances and the size of grains decreases; when the carbon content is among 0.016% and 0.071%, the strength of the alloy increases and the plasticity decreases rapidly. However, when the carbon content increasing at the range of 0.071%-and 0.140%, the strength of the alloy increases slowly, and the plasticity decreases slowly. The factors effecting the room temperature properties of GH3030 is mainly grain size and carbides volume. And the main strengthing mechanism of GH3030 alloy is fine grain size and second phase strengthing. The properties of GH3030 alloy for different purposes can be satisfied by controlling the carbon content.
