摘要
以西藏巨龙铜业驱龙矿山为工程背景,研究了大孔径高台阶爆破技术在高海拔露天矿山的应用;介绍了该技术的现场施工工艺流程,以及如何进行爆破设计;总结了应用中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施;论证了爆破安全问题,并提出了爆破安全管理措施。工程实践证明,大孔径高台阶爆破效率高、爆破效果好、安全可靠,技术优势突出,有助于实现露天金属矿山安全高效开采。
Application of large aperture and high b studied based on the Qulong Mine of Tibet Jutong Co technology process on site and how to carry out blasting ench blasting technology in high-altitude open-pit mine was pper Corporation Limited as engineering background. The design were introduced; the problems existing in application were summarized and corresponding solutions were proposed; safety problems were demonstrated and the safety management measures were proposed. Engineering practice indicated that large aperture and high bench blasting technology had outstanding advantages such as high efficiency, good blasting effect and safety reliability. The technology contributes to realize mining safely and efficiently in open-pit metal mine.
