新加坡当代公共组屋屋顶空间设计的对比研究及启示

Comparative Studies and Inspirations of Rooftop Public Space Design in Singapore Contemporary HDB Flats

湿热气候区集合住宅的屋顶空间是居民重要的公共活动空间,其舒适性、合理性对于住宅的品质、居民的公共生活的活跃度有显著影响,新加坡公共组屋在屋顶空间设计中不断积累经验、优化呈现于当代公共组屋设计中,有着良好的启发意义。本文选取新加坡达士岭和杜生庄组屋的屋顶空间为研究对象,对二者在屋顶空间体系的开放性、遮阳能力以及空间尺度等方面进行对比分析,结果显示,在湿热气候地区中,屋顶空间的遮阳、绿化、观景等功能增补了户外活动空间的丰富度和生态性,且适宜的空间尺度和完善的设施配置对其使用感受有较大影响。最后为我国高层住宅屋顶公共空间的利用和优化提供借鉴参考。

The roof space plays an important role in public space for the HDB flats in hot and humid climates,and its comfort,rationality have a significant impact on the quality of residential building and the public life activity of residents.The Singapore HDB flat has accumulated experience in the design of roof space and has been well presented in contemporary residential building designs.This paper selected the roof space of Pinnacle@Duxton and SkyVille@Dawson in Singapore as the study object,to conduct a comparative analysis of the roof space＇ s openness,sunshade and spatial dimensions and so on.The results show that in the hot and humid climatic regions,the functions such as shading,greening,and viewing of rooftop spaces complement the richness and ecology of outdoor space.The appropriate spatial scale and well-equipped configuration has a greater impact on its experience.And finally to think about the utilization and optimization of high-rise residential roof space in China.
