面向实施的城市双修总体规划编制方法研究——以《长沙市“城市双修”现状调查及四年行动规划》为例

Research on the Implementation-Oriented Method of Urban Dual Repair Master Planning——A Case Study of Changsha’s Urban Double Training and Four Year Action Plan

本文在分析城市双修特性、深度调研长沙城市问题的基础上,提出了以面向实施为导向的城市双修总体规划编制方法。从面向实施的规划框架,以流域为载体的总体空间布局、以行动规划为载体实行任务分解法构建行动项目库、强调规划成果的可操作性、构建科学合理的考核标准与体系展开了探讨。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban double repair and the in-depth investigation of urban problems in Changsha,this paper puts forward a planning method for urban double repair, which is oriented to implementation. From the planning framework oriented to implementation, the general spatial layout of the river basin as the carrier,the task decomposition method as the carrier, the construction of the action project database, the emphasis on the operability of the planning results, and the construction of scientific and reasonable evaluation standards and systems are discussed.
