社会经济学视角下广州棠下村空间问题及管治策略

Spatial Problems and Governance Strategies of Tangxia Village in Guangzhou from the Perspective of Social Economics

棠下村是广州市天河区中城市转型不完全、具有明显城乡二元结构的地域实体,其内部存在诸多空间问题。本文基于社会经济学的视角,运用实地调研和文献调查的方法,探析广州城市化进程中天河区棠下村＂脏乱差＂的空间问题及其背后的社会经济原因,并尝试从制度层面和物质层面出发探讨切实可行的棠下村空间管治策略,以期改善棠下村低收入居住人群的空间环境。

Tangxia Village is a regional entity with incomplete urban transformation and obvious urban-rural dual structure in Tianhe District of Guangzhou.There are many spatial problems internally. Based on the perspective of social economics, this paper uses field surveys and literature surveys to analyze the spatial problems and social economic causes behind the ＂dirty, disorderly and bad＂ environment in Tangxia Village of Tianhe District in the process of urbanization in Guangzhou, and tries to explore the practical and feasible space governance strategies of Tangxia Village from the institutional and material aspects in order to improve the spatial environment of the low-income residents in Tangxia Village.
