摘要
老龄化社会的发展对老年建筑的设计提出特殊的要求。BIM技术的发展,给建筑设计带来翻天覆地的变革。文章从建筑平面、立面及细部设计等方面,探讨BIM技术时代适合老年人生理特点和心理特点的老年建筑设计要点。
The development of aging society puts forward special requirements for the design of old age buildings. The development of BIM technology has brought great changes to architectural design. From the aspects of the building plane, the facade and the detail design,the article discusses the design points of the elderly building based on the BIM technology which is suitable for the elderly people＇s physiological and psychological characteristics.
