基于一种新函数的TODIM方法犹豫模糊多属性决策

摘要 针对权重信息部分已知、属性评估值是犹豫模糊数或区间犹豫模糊数的多属性决策问题,提出一种基于新测度函数的TODIM方法.利用最大偏差法和经典TODIM方法,通过比较最终的感知函数值对决策问题进行排序,得出感知函数值越大方案则越优.该测度函数可简化运算且避免含参变量的随意性,利用其在理财或股票投资等领域进行多属性决策时,能充分考虑投资者的心理诉求及其他综合因素,给决策者提供一种效益可达最高的方案.仿真实例证明了此方法的合理性. Aimed at the part of weight information is known and the attribute evaluation value is multi-attribute decision of the hesitant fuzzy number or interval hesitant fuzzy number,this paper proposes the TODIM method based on the new measure function.By using the maximum deviation method and the classical TODIM method,the decision-making problem is sorted by comparing the final perceptive function and it is concluded that the bigger the perceptive function value is,the better the solution is.The measurement function can simplify operation and avoid the randomness of dependent quantities,which can fully consider the psychological demands of investors and other comprehensive factors when multi-attribute decision is made in financial or investment field,and provide decision makers with the most cost-effective solution.Simulation results have proved that this method is reasonable.
