高职“校企合作、工学结合”办学模式的创新研究——以食品加工技术专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 针对高职院校"校企合作、工学结合"办学发展的迫切需求,阐述校企合作、工学结合"办学模式的背景、内涵及意义,并从朝阳师范高等专科学校食品加工技术专业实际出发,积极探索创新机制,提出在课程体系构建、师资队伍培养、实训基地建设等方面的具体做法,实现了依托校内外实训实习基地、产品质量检测中心和校企联盟,切实推进"校企合作、工学结合"办学模式在食品加工技术专业的运用,以期提高教学质量,培养学生的实践能力,凸显专业办学特色. Aiming at the imperative requirement of school development for″Colleges-Enterprises Cooperation,Work-Study Combination″in vocational colleges,the background,connotation and the significance of the school mode are elaborated in the article.The innovation mechanism is explored actively,and the specific methods of curriculum reform construction,teachers training and practical training base construction are also put forward on the basis of the reality and present situation of the Food Processing Technology major in Chaoyang Teachers College.Simultaneously,relying on the construction of internal and external training practice base,product quality testing center and schoolenterprise alliance,the school mode for″Colleges-Enterprises Cooperation,Work-Study Combination″in the major of Food Processing Technology is effectively advanced so as to improve the quality of teaching,cultivate students′practical ability,and highlight the characteristics of this specialty.
