随着高校教育事业的不断发展,高校面临的运行风险也不断扩大,这就迫切需要各高校建立完善的内部控制体系.对目前高校内部控制体系进行分析,发现高校内部控制在组织架构体系、权力运行监督管理机制、信息系统建设等方面存在的一些问题,并针对存在的问题给出相应的解决对策,以有效应对各种风险,保证教育事业的健康发展.

With the continuous development of education in universities,the running risk that the university faces also expands ceaselessly.Therefore,it is urgent for universities to establish perfect internal control systems.Some problems of internal control are found out after large number of universities are analyzed,such as organizational structure system,power supervision and management mechanism,information system construction.The corresponding countermeasures are given to deal with various risks effectively and ensure the healthy development of education.
