摘要
新媒体时代成人教育呈现出新特点,信息来源多元并趋于整合,教育对象参差不齐并要求不一。成人学生主体性凸显以及由此带来的教师地位的变化和角色转换。成人教育教师面临着心理危机:对新媒体缺乏有效认知;不能清晰定位自己的角色;缺乏创新意识,不能利用新媒体技术;价值得不到认可,出现职业倦怠,丧失工作热情和动力。面对心理危机提出解决策略,改善工作条件,提高成人教育教师的地位和待遇;提供专业服务,促使其尽快完成角色适应;加强理想与心理健康教育,提高教师的敬业精神和心理健康水平。
Adult education presents new characteristics in new media era, multivariate and tend to integrate the information source, different education require. Adult students highlighted subjectivity, resulting changes in teachers' status and role. adult education teachers faced psychological crisis, lacking of effective cognitive about new media; Lacking of innovation consciousness; The value is not recognized, with job burnout, loss of enthusiasm and motivation.We propose solutions, such as improving working conditions and status; providxing professional services to facilitate the role adaptation as soon as possible; Strengthending the ideal and mental health education, improving teachers' professional dedication and mental health level.
