Course System Design for Development-oriented Higher Vocational Education

发展导向的高职教育课程体系设计是"高等职业教育知识经营管理模式"中课程体系构建的一种课程设计。根据目前教育环境发生的巨大变化提出"以不变应万变"的课程设计思路,该课程设计将高职教育课程体系分为两个系统,重点在宏观层面介绍了知识教育课程系统中的通用能力教育和超我训练教育课程系统。

Development-oriented higher vocational education is one of course designs built in knowledge management model of higher vocational education. According to current enormous changes in the educational environment and under the course design idea of＂coping with shifting events by sticking to a fundamental principle＂, this course design consists of two system and focuses on introducing general competence education and superego training and education course system from macro point of view. Conducting the research of this management model and course design is very meaningful to promote modern vocational education.
