中国国际法学的双维主流化要求中国国际法学在中国法学界和全球国际法学界两个系统中进入主流视野。这是基于中国国际地位与学术进步的历史进程,基于国际法学当前取得的成就和存在的问题而确立的新时代发展目标。改革开放40年来,中国国际法研究领域有很大扩展,研究成果数量显著增加,研究课题不断迈向前沿,研究水准逐渐提升,在很多领域上取得了令人瞩目的成就。尽管如此,中国国际法学仍存在着诸多问题值得认真审视和反思,特别需要从理论争点和实践困境入手,得出真正具有洞见价值的解释和具有指引意义的建议和方案。国际法学双维主流化的提升路径应当提纲挈领、突破要点。其中,人的因素核心在于倡导敬业精神;研讨论题的关键在于坚守实事求是,研究方法的要点注重实证分析。同时,也必须强调国际法学与其他学科的理论与观念充分结合,理论研究与实践前沿有效配合、良性互动。由此在中国法学界和全球国际法学界书写国际法的中国范式。

The two-dimensional mainstream of China＇s international law means that the international law academia in China has become a major aspect in both the Chinese legal community and the global international law community. This goal is set for China＇s new era not just based on the China＇s international status and academic progress,but based on the achievements and existing problems in international law. During the last 40 years since the reform and opening up,China＇s participation of international law has greatly expanded,the number of research achievements has increased significantly thereon,the degree of specialty and novelty in research have become increasingly clear. Nevertheless,there are still many problems that China＇s international law studies deserve to be carefully examined and reconsidered. In particular,it is necessary to start with theoretical debates and practical difficulties,and to come up with truly insightful explanations and guiding suggestions. The path of promoting the two-dimensional mainstream of international law should be outlined. Inter alia,the core factor lies in advocating professionalism; the key of fruitful discussion lies in seeking truth from facts. From the methodological point of view,it is necessary to pay attention to the empirical analysis. At the same time,it is also crucial to emphasize the combination of theories and concepts of international law and other disciplines,the effective cooperation and positive interaction between theoretical research and practice. So as to create a Chinese paradigm of international law both in Chinese legal science and in global international law circle.
