摘要
韩国社会的ICT指数和韩国教师ICT能力的成就引起了国际组织和相关国家的关注。韩国将教育信息化作为一项国家战略来推进,其不同时期针对教师ICT能力的课程内容和机制建设,体现了韩国教师ICT能力从技术素养向知识创造转变的趋势,也反映了教师能力构成的专业属性和社会属性。由此启发我国在发展教师ICT能力时,应发展教师整合技术的学科教学法知识,促进技术与教学的融合;通过线上、线下相结合的培训方式扩大教师ICT的学习机会,并以连续的政策系统保障教师ICT能力的培养。
Korean society's ICT index and Korean teachers' ICT skills have attracted worldwide attention. Korea takes education informatization as a national strategy. It's revealed that Korean teachers developed their ICT skills from technical literacy to knowledge creation through the analysis of ICT-related training curriculum and mechanism at different times. And by wich also disply the the professional attributes and social attributes of teachers' skills. Therefore,when China develops the ICT ability of teachers,it is necessary to develop teachers' integrated technology discipline pedagogical knowledge and promote the integration of technology and teaching,expanding teachers' learning opportunities through the combination of online and offline training methods, supporting teachers to improve their ICT skills by the continuous policy.
