在供给侧结构性改革背景下,山东能源集团作为"新集团、老国企",主动顺应时代发展潮流,大力推动大众创业、万众创新。介绍了企业通过搭建服务保障型、产业协同型、学习创新型三类"双创"平台,以"五闯五变"为抓手,激发企业上下的创业创新活力,为老国企探索"双创"积累了宝贵经验。

In the context of supply-side structural reform, Shandong Energy Group Co. Ltd. as new enterprises and old state- owned enterprise, actively conform to the trend of times and encourages popular entrepreneurship and innovation. The authors in- troduced Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd. established three new dual creation platforms that including service guarantee, indus- try collaboration and learning innovate, using five explores and five changes to inspired the entrepreneurial and innovative energy of the company and its all employees, which provided valuable experience for the old state-owned enterprises to exploring dual cre- ation mode.
