常用降压中成药作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Common Antihypertensive Chinese Patent Medicine

以"Hypertension""高血压""中成药""降压机制"等为关键词,查阅2012—2017年Pubmed、中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库等有关抗高血压中成药的研究文献,对相关具有抗高血压效果的中成药的降压作用机制的研究进展进行总结、归纳和综述。结果发现,降压中成药能依赖多途径、多环节、多靶点整体改善高血压,但是目前中成药的认可度和市场占有量却不高。因此,科学系统地阐述中成药抗高血压的作用机制,对中成药治疗高血压的新探索以及中成药现代化的市场推广具有十分重要的意义。

With ＂Hypertension＂ and ＂hypertension＂ ＂Chinese medicine＂ and ＂hypotensive mechanism＂ as key words, researched literature from Pubmed, cnki and Weipu Chinese technology journal database from 2012 to 2017, summarized and reviewed the research progress in the mechanism of the antihypertensive effect of anti-hypertensive Chinese patent medicines. Results showed that anti-hypertensive Chinese patent medicines can improve hypertension by relying on multiple pathways, links and targets, but the recognition of Chinese patent medicines and the market share is not high, therefore, scientifically and systematically explain the mechanism of the anti-hypertension effect of Chinese patent medicine is of great significance to promotion of the modernization of Chinese patent medicines.
