摘要 地方本科院校转型成败的关键是教师转型,受制于是校本"双师双能型"教师队伍的建设成效,教师转型发展理念与目标不明确、教师队伍转型发展促进机制不健全、教师转型发展全系统支撑体系协同度欠佳等问题,决定地方高校必须从实际出发探索"双师双能型"队伍建设。"2345"、"双师双能型"教师队伍建设模型的建构有助于支持地方本科院校教师队伍实现转型发展。 The key to transformation of local colleges and universities is the transformation of teachers, which is the result of the construction of the school-based double qualification double ability teachers.The concept and goal of teachers' transformation and development are not clear, the mechanism of the transformation and development of the teachers team is not perfect, and the coordination degree of the support system is not good enough, so it is decided that the local colleges and universities should explore the construction of double qualification double ability team. The construction of the model of 2345 double qualification double ability for Guizhou University of Engineering Science can help to support the transformation and development of teachers in local colleges and universities.
