摘要
我国高校辅导员工作制度的实施,至今已有60多年的历史。随着时代和社会的发展,高校学生管理服务工作和大学生思想政治教育工作对辅导员专业化职业化的要求越来越高,辅导员队伍要走专业化职业化发展之路,已经成为时代的必然要求。针对辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设要求,提出通过建设辅导员团队来解决,分析辅导员团队建设对于辅导员队伍专业化职业化的重要意义、查找当前高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化方面存在的问题、并提出通过"团队组建、目标设定、制度建设、文化建设、绩效考评"等团队建设实施路径构建辅导员团队,以实现高校学生工作专门化、辅导员队伍发展专业化职业化的双赢。
This article starts with the professionalization requirements for the construction of counselors in colleges and universities in the new era, points out the problems existing in the development of professionalization of college counselors in China, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Focusing on the solution of the problem, basing on the characteristics of college student work in the new era and the contents of the university students" ideological and political education work, based on the realization of the professionalization goal of the professionalization of college counselors, this article proposes that team formation, goal setting, system construction, culture development, performance evaluation and other team construction implementation paths build a team of counselors to achieve a win-win situation for the specialization of college students" work and the professionalization of the coaching staff.
