Ki67在乳腺癌组织中表达与临床特征的相关性

Expression of Ki67 in breast cancer tissues and its correlation with clinical features

目的观察Ki67在乳腺癌组织中表达与临床特征的相关性。方法选取2012年1月至2016年6月在我院就诊的432例乳腺癌患者为试验组,55例乳腺良性肿瘤患者为对照组。对病变组织进行Ki67免疫组化分析,并调查患者病例资料,对影响因素与相关性进行分析。结果对照组Ki67阳性表达率为9.1%,试验组为50.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki67在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率与乳腺癌的病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,乳腺癌组织的病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均为影响Ki67阳性表达的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 Ki67在乳腺癌组织中呈现高表达状况,与组织的病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关,可作为判断乳腺癌患者病情的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of Ki67 in breast cancer tissues and its correlation with clinical features. Methods From January 2012 to June 2016,there were 432 patients with breast cancer（ treatment group） and 55 patients with benign breast tumor（ control group） were selected,the Ki67 in the all patients＇ tissues were given immunohistochemical analysis,and the clinical data were given the relation analysis and risk factors analysis. Results The positive expression rates of Ki67 in control group and treatment group were 9. 1%,50. 9%,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The positive expression rates of Ki67 in breast cancer significantly correlated with the pathological stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer（ P〈0. 05）. Multivariate non conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the pathological stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer were independent risk factors that affected Ki67 positive expression（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ki67 in breast cancer tissues showed high expression, they are significantly related to pathological stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.This may be important index in diagnosis patients with breast cancer.
