中西医结合治疗缺血性结肠炎的病例分析

Case report of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for ischemic colitis

目的探讨活血化瘀的中药联合常规方法治疗缺血性结肠炎的疗效。方法通过肠镜和症状,对3例常规支持性治疗下增加中药谷红注射液治疗的患者的疗效进行分析。结果与结论所有患者经过治疗后症状消失,肠镜显示痊愈,没有患者需要手术治疗。常规的支持治疗加上活血化瘀的谷红注射液对缺血性结肠炎的疗效确切。

Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with standard therapy on ischemic colitis. Methods Three patients were treated with supportive care and Guhong injection.Syndromes and endoscopic findings were evaluated. Results Conclusion Ischemic colitis was cured in all patients without surgery treatment as indicated by relieve of syndromes and endoscopy. A combination of supportive care and Guhong injection is effective.
