摘要
未经治疗的慢性失眠对人们正常的身体和情绪健康、生活质量有着极其不良影响。慢性失眠症的一线治疗方案是认知行为治疗(CBT-I)。本文主要介绍传统CBT-I的细分具体疗法(主要包括睡眠限制疗法、刺激控制疗法、认知疗法、放松疗法、睡眠卫生疗法等),同时总结目前临床上对CBT-I运用的新进展,为临床治疗者提供更好的实施认知行为治疗的理论依据。
Untreated chronic insomnia exerts an extremely bad effect on people's physical and psychological health,as well as their life quality.The first-line treatment for chronic insomnia is cognitive behavioral therapy( CBT-I). This article will focus on the traditional CBT-I subdivided specific therapies( mainly including sleep restriction therapy,stimulation control therapy,cognitive therapy,relaxation therapy,sleep hygiene therapy,etc.),and summarize the current clinical application of CBT-I,to provide a better theoretical basis for the implementation of cognitive behavioral therapy.
