Dynamic Capability,Business Model Innovation and the Growth Performance of New Ventures

通过对全国207家样本初创企业进行问卷调查和结构方程模型分析,研究发现:动态能力和商业模式创新都对初创企业的成长绩效具有正向促进作用,同时动态能力与成长绩效之间存在着一定的中间机制。动态能力中组织学习能力、组织创新能力与资源整合能力对初创企业成长绩效有直接正向影响,而资源重构能力与战略隔绝机制则通过影响商业模式的创新来对初创企业成长绩效产生间接正向影响。本研究的贡献在于,打开了初创企业从动态能力到成长绩效的黑箱,商业模式的创新在企业动态能力与成长绩效的关系中起到了中介作用。其实践意义在于初创企业应该如何通过提升动态能力进行商业模式的创新并以此来提升企业的成长绩效,参与市场竞争。

Based on the 207 sample new ventures through questionnaire and the structure equation model, this research shows that promoting dynamic capabilities and business model innovation has a positive role in the growth of new ventures＇ growth performance. And there is a certain intermediate mechanism between dynamic capability and growth performance. The organizational learning, organizational innovation and resource integration of dynamic capabilities have a direct effect on the growth performance of new ventures, and the isolation mechanism and resource reconfiguration of dynamic capabilities have indirect positive influences on the growth performance of new ventures through promoting business model innovation. The contribution of this research is to open the black box from dynamic capabilities of new ventures to growth performance, and business mode innovation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and growth performance. Its practical significance lies in how new ventures should innovate business models by enhancing dynamic capabilities, so as to enhance their growth performance and participate in market competition.
