共享视角下社区农园研究

Research on Community Farm From the Perspective of Sharing

社区农园通过将农业引入城市,是缓解城市闲置地难以管理利用、社区缺少凝聚力、邻里间缺少沟通交流、城市生态环境恶化等一系列城市问题的有效途径之一,正逐渐引起人们的关注,并在许多城市有了一些较为成功的实践。通过"共享"的视角对社区农园进行调查研究,并借鉴国内外已有成功案例,旨在汲取已建成实际项目的成功经验,分析目前存在的不足之处,从而得出营造社区农园的启示与建议。再通过实地走访、问卷调查、数据处理分析等方式,探究影响城市社区居民参与社区农园意愿的因素,得出性别、年龄、对社区管理模式的偏好、对植物景观风格的偏好以及对社区农园的了解度等因素,分别在不同程度上与居民参与社区农园的意愿呈显著相关,为今后我国社区农园的发展建设提供借鉴指导。

By bring agriculture into the city,community farm is gaining more and more attention for it′s one of the effective ways to alleviate a series of problems such as the difficulties in the management of the cities′idle land,the lack of cohesion in the city community,the lack of communication between the neighborhoods,the bad ecological environment and so on.This study investigated community garden through the perspective of ＇sharing＇.By referring to the successful cases at home and abroad,this study aimed to draw on the successful experience of the completed projects,analyzed the remaining shortcomings,and then draw the inspiration and suggestions of building community gardens.By means of field visit,questionnaire survey and data processing analysis,factors influencing the willingness of urban community residents to participate was studied,and there was a significant correlation between the willingness of residents to participate in the community garden and factors such as gender,age,preferences on the community management model,preference of plant landscape style,and the understanding of community garden.It would provide reference guidance for the development and construction of community gardens in China.
