医务人员临终关怀体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on hospice care experience of medical staff

目的深入了解医务人员在临终关怀过程中的照护经历,理解医务人员对临终关怀的认知与行为,为更好地开展临终关怀提供合理化的建议。方法运用目的抽样法对武汉市某医院神经内科19名医务人员进行半结构访谈,深入理解医务人员在临终关怀中的照护体验。结果对19名医务人员进行临终关怀的半结构访谈,分析出4个主题:护士自身临终关怀知识储备不足、针对临终患者的关怀服务、针对临床患者家属的关怀服务、临终关怀中的困扰。结论医务人员临终关怀体验不太乐观,临终关怀面临诸多困境,临终关怀服务质量的提升依赖于多方共同努力。

Objective Getting an insight into the actual experiences and thoughts of medical staff in the course of hospice care,and understanding the cognition and behavior of medical staff on hospice care so as to provide reasonable suggestions for better hospice care implementations.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among medical staff of neurology department to understand their real experiences in hospice care.Results Four themes emerged from the semi-structured interview among 19 staff： lack of hospice care knowledge,care of termind stage patients,care of family members,troubles in hospice care.Conclusion The hospice care experience of medical staff is not very satisfied,who face many difficulties.The improvement of quality of hospice care depends on the joint efforts of all parties.
