基于工学结合培养模式在临床实习带教中的应用

摘要 目的探讨工学结合培养模式在耳鼻喉科临床实习带教中的可行性及效果。方法将山东医学高等专科学校2012级临床专业专科分配至我科进行实习的学生共35人,通过分批轮转方式到耳鼻咽喉科实习8周,所有实习同学分6批次,在耳鼻咽喉科轮转,每批次5~6人,轮转时间为2个月;再将6批次实习同学随机分成试验组(17人)和对照组(18人),试验组采用工学结合培养模式下现实病例教学与临床实习相结合的教学方法,对照组采用传统临床实习带教法。对考试和调查结果的统计和分析人员采用盲法。结果试验组的教学满意度,实习同学的学习及工作的兴趣及主动性,灵活运用知识能力,归纳总结能力,临床思维能力,临床技能考试成绩均较对照组有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于工学结合培养模式的实习带教具有显著的社会效益,有较高应用价值和广阔前景,可适用于国内各级教学医院推广使用。 Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of engineering combined training mode in clinical practice teaching in Department of ENT. Methods 35 students of Shandong Medical College were assigned to our department for clinical practice. The students were divided into 6 batches, each batch of 5~6 people. They rotated in Otolaryngology Department for 2 months. And then 6 batches of students were randomly divided into experimental group(17 people)and control group(18 people),the experimental group was adopted the combination of practical case and clinical practice teaching method,the control group adopted traditional clinical practice and teaching method. The results was analyzed while the statistics faculty was blind to the group information. Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group,the students' interest and initiative in the study and work,the ability to use the knowledge flexibly,the ability to sum up,the clinical thinking ability and the examination results of clinical skills have obvious advantages compared with the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The teaching practice based on the combination of practice and learning has significant social benefits, high application value and broad prospects,and can be applied to the promotion and use of teaching hospitals at all levels in China.
