摘要
文章从原料、磨矿、生产条件、浮选控制以及系统收率等多方面对硫酸钾镁肥先浮选后转化和先转化后浮选两条生产工艺路线进行了对比分析,简析各自的特点和局限性。结果表明:"先转后浮"工艺对原料品位要求5.5%以上,前系统生产稳定,但产品细晶含量较高,干燥系粉尘问题严重;"先浮后转"工艺对温度变化敏感,浮选泡沫粘度大,流动性性差,脱卤困难。
In this article,two kinds of potassium magnesium fertilizer production process of flotation-transform and transform-flotation are contrasted with each other in terms of the raw materials,grinding,production conditions,flotation control,system yield and other factors. The characteristics and limitations of the two process were analyzed. The results show that: the flotation-transform process requires material grade above 5. 5%. The former system is stable,but the fine grain content of the product is high,and the dust problem of the drying system is serious. The process of flotation-transform is sensitive to the temperature change,the viscosity of the flotation foam is large,the fluidity is poor,and it is difficult to filter.
