在血液透析的护理工作中开展品管圈活动对患者导管血流感染发生率的影响

Effect of quality control circle activities in nursing service for decrease incidence of catheter-related blood stream infection of the patients accepting hemodialysis

目的:探讨在护理工作中开展品管圈(QCC)活动对降低进行血液透析治疗的患者导管血流感染发生率的效果。方法:选取2014年6月至2015年7月期间在渠县人民医院血液净化中心进行血液透析治疗的90例患者作为研究对象。2014年6月至2015年1月和2015年2月至7月这两个时间段,在该院血液净化中心进行血液透析治疗的患者各有45例。2015年2月至7月,该院的血液净化中心开展以"降低进行血液透析治疗的患者导管血流感染率"为主题的QCC活动。然后比较在实施QCC活动前后在该院血液净化中心进行血液透析治疗的患者其导管血流感染的发生率、拔管率及护理人员工作质量的评分。结果:开展QCC活动后,该院血液净化中心收治的患者其导管血流感染的发生率及拔管率均低于开展QCC活动前(P<0.05),该科室护理人员的技术水平、工作的责任心、解决问题的能力、团队合作能力的平均评分均高于开展QCC活动前(P<0.05)。结论:在血液净化中心的护理工作中开展QCC活动,可降低进行血液透析治疗的患者其导管血流感染的发生率,提高护理工作的质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC） on reducing the incidence of catheter blood flow infection in patients receiving hemodialysis. Methods： a total of 90 patients who received hemodialysis treatment at the blood purification center of quxian people＇s hospital from June 2014 to July 2015 were selected as subjects. From June 2014 to January 2015 and from February 2015 to July 2015, 45 patients were treated with hemodialysis in the blood purification center of the hospital. From February to July 2015, the hospital＇s blood purification center carried out QCC activities with the theme of ＂reducing the infection rate of catheter blood flow in patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment＂. Then, the incidence rate of catheter blood flow infection, the rate of extubation, and the quality of nursing staff were compared among the patients receiving hemodialysis in the blood purification center of the hospital before and after QCC. Results： after the QCC activity, the hospital blood purification center were the incidence of the catheter in patients with bloodstream infections and decannulation rate are lower than before the QCC activity（P〈0.05）, the technical level of the nursing department, work sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, team cooperation ability, the average score were higher than before the QCC activity（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： QCC activities in the nursing work of the blood purification center can reduce the incidence of catheter bloodstream infection in patients undergoing hemodialysis and improve the quality of nursing work.
