腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术在胆结石治疗中的应用效果

目的:分析腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术在胆结石治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2016年4月至2017年12月期间四川省都江堰市第二人民医院收治的77例胆结石患者随机分为开腹组和微创组。用传统的开腹手术对开腹组患者进行治疗,用腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术对微创组患者进行治疗,然后观察两组患者结石的取净率,对比其手术的相关指标、术后住院的天数及并发症的发生情况。结果:与开腹组患者相比,微创组患者术中的出血量及术后住院的天数均较少,其术后胃肠功能恢复的时间较短,其术后并发症的总发生率较低,P<0.05。结论:用腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术治疗胆结石具有创伤小、术后患者恢复的速度快、并发症的发生率低等优势。

objective： to analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of gallstones. Methods： 77 patients with gallstones admitted to dujiangyan second people＇s hospital of sichuan province from April 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into open group and minimally invasive group. Patients in the open group were treated with traditional open surgery, patients in the minimally invasive group were treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy, and the removal rate of calculi in the two groups was observed, and the relevant indicators of surgery, days of postoperative hospitalization and complications were compared. Results： compared with the patients in the open surgery group, the patients in the minimally invasive group had less blood loss during the operation and fewer days of postoperative hospitalization. The time of postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery was shorter, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower, P〈0.05. Conclusion： laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for the treatment of gallstones has the advantages of less trauma, rapid recovery of postoperative patients and low incidence of complications.
