经皮椎间孔内窥镜下靶向穿刺椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果评析

Evaluation of the effect of targeted puncture discectomy for lumbar disc herniation under percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy

目的:探讨分析用经皮椎间孔内窥镜下靶向穿刺椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:择取2016年5月至2017年10月合江县人民医院收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,用经皮椎间孔内窥镜下靶向穿刺椎间盘切除术对其进行治疗,然后观察这些患者的临床疗效。结果:这50例患者治疗的优良率为82%,其平均手术时间为(52.6±5.7)min,其术中平均出血量为(36.8±5.4)ml。手术后,这50例患者均未发生严重的术后并发症,其VAS评分及ODI(功能障碍指数)评分均低于手术前,P<0.05。结论:用经皮椎间孔内窥镜下靶向穿刺椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,且安全性较高。

objective： to explore and analyze the clinical effect of targeted puncture disc resection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy. Methods： a total of 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to hejiang county people＇s hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were selected as study objects and treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopic targeted puncture discectomy, and then the clinical efficacy of these patients was observed. Results： the optimal rate of treatment was 82%, the mean operative time was 52.6 ＋ 5.7 min, and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 36.8 ＋ 5.4 ml. None of the 50 patients had serious postoperative complications after surgery, and their VAS and ODI scores were lower than those before surgery, P〈0.05. Conclusion： percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy is effective and safe in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
