摘要
从为什么是PPP?还不是其他的任何方式的合作模式;在减少地方政府负债的同时,政府推行PPP模式,提出什么是PPP,分别从PPP类型、PPP项目操作流程、为什么PPP落地率低等方面进行介绍,提出如何更快更好地促进PPP项目的实施。
From why PPP？ Not any other way of cooperation mode; in reducing the local government debt at the same time,the government proposed the implementation of the PPP model,what is PPP,PPP and PPP respectively from the type of project operation process,why PPP landing low rate are introduced,puts forward how to promote the implementation of PPP projects faster and better.
