维吾尔族代谢综合征患者颈动脉斑块与三酰甘油/高密度脂蛋白比值关联性分析

Association between the ratio of triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein and carotid plaques in Uygur patients with metabolic syndrome

摘要 代谢综合征(MetS)是一组以肥胖、高血压、循环三酰甘油(TG)升高、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低以及空腹血糖升高为主的复杂代谢性疾病[1],是引起动脉粥样硬化(AS)及其所致心血管疾病发病率和死亡率增加的重要因素[2-3].新疆维吾尔族人群MetS和心血管疾病的患病率均远高于同地区其他民族[4-5],边远地区的部分患者因对疾病重视不足、交通不便而耽误诊治,寻找快速、便捷、经济的指标筛检AS具有重要价值.
