木材加工余料再利用设计研究——以日本飞騨家具馆木制工艺品为例

Research on the Reusable Design of the Industrial Wood Residual Material——Taking the Woodenware in Japanese HIDA Furniture Pavilion as an Example

自工业革命以来,制造业迅猛发展,家具产业也随之前进。但是在家具产业日渐发达的今天,实木家具企业在生产过程中产生的大量木材加工余料却没有得到合理的再利用,极大地浪费了现存的木材资源。结合日本飞騨家具馆的实际情况,分析其采用木材加工余料设计和生产特色木制工艺品及其创造更多附加价值和艺术性的先进理念,以期为我国家具行业木材加工余料高附加值利用提供借鉴经验。

Manufacturing industry has developed rapidly since the industrial revolution, so do the furniture industry. However, with furniture industry becomes increasingly developed, a large amount of industrial wood residual material has been produced in the production process of solid wood furniture, which has not been reused reasonably and has greatly wasted timber resources in existence. This paper analyzed the design and the production of characteristic woodenware made from industrial wood residual material based on the practicalities of Japanese HIDA furniture pavilion, and discussed the advanced ideas of additional value and artistry, so as to provide reference experience for the high value-added utilization of the industrial wood residual material in Chinese furniture industry.
