主要针对《木家具通用技术条件》新旧标准的主要差异,从术语与定义、产品分类、主要尺寸及其偏差、材料要求、表面理化性能要求、力学性能要求及安全性要求7个方面详细地进行解读和分析。分析结果表明,修订后的新标准主要在尺寸、表面理化性能和安全性要求方面有较大的变化,尤其在安全性能指标上,增加了结构安全性、皮革和纺织面料可分解芳香胺染料要求等多项安全性能指标,这是顺应市场和消费者要求的体现,同时也对木家具的环保性能提出了更高的要求。

The author analyzed the differences between the new and old national standard of wooden furniture-general technical requirements in aspects of the terms and definitions, product classification, main dimension and deviation, material requirements, surface physicochemical properties, mechanical properties and security requirements, etc. The interpretation and analysis were carried out in detail. The analysis results showed that the revised new national standard is more perfect and has made great changes in terms of dimension, surface physicochemical properties and security requirements, especially about the security requirements adding structural security, decomposable azo dyes in leather and textile, which conforms to the requirements of the market and consumers and puts forward higher requirements for environmental performance of wooden furniture.
