摘要
针对当前第二课堂活动学生参与度不高、体系不完善、实际育人效果不理想的状况,本文提出了以学分替代和转换作为突破口开展第二课堂建设改革,充分发挥学生个性特长,扬长避短,为培养学生实践能力和综合素质,促进学生个性化发展等方面构建新的人才培养模式。
According to the situation that the system of second class is not perfect and its actual educational effect is not ideal at present, the article proposes that we should carry out the reform of second class construction with credit substitution and co nversion as the breakthrough point, giving full play to students’ personality traits. In order to cultivate students’ practical ability and comprehensive quality, and to promote students’ personalized development, a new personnel training mode is constructed.
